South Africa delivery
Delivery is free on orders of R900 or more. Orders under R900 have a flat R190 delivery charge. We deliver everywhere in South Africa, across all nine provinces.
Where orders ship from
We use an international fulfilment network, and your order may be shipped directly from our logistics centre in Thailand. Your tracking email will show the shipment details once the parcel has been dispatched.
Customs and import charges
An order sent from outside South Africa may be assessed for customs duty, VAT or a courier clearance fee when it enters the country. These charges are set by the relevant authorities or carrier, are not included in the product or delivery price shown at checkout, and are the customer's responsibility. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will be free of import charges.
Dispatch and timings
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours. Once your parcel is on its way, most deliveries arrive within 5 to 7 days with a tracked courier. Rural addresses can take a little longer.
Careful packing
Spike strips, gels and deterrents are packed with plenty of protection so everything reaches you ready to install.
