Products & Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including materials, sizes, coverage and what comes in each pack. Product photos are for illustration, so slight differences in colour and finish are normal. Deterrent performance depends on the site, the species and correct installation, so anything we say about results is general guidance.
Pricing
All prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the time of publishing. If we discover an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price before dispatching.
Orders & Purchase Terms
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Payment & Security
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure, encrypted (SSL) payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your order will be processed once payment is authorised.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.

- We provide the website "as is" and do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the Republic of South Africa. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 remain unaffected.
